BBSA ACADEMY

Welcome to the BBSA academy!
We are pleased to bring you our brand new four-week educational program. The program is designed to help college students, recent college graduates, and people interested in the field have a chance to learn from marketing experts and leaders at BBSA.

Interested participants will engage BBSA experts through a series of live virtual sessions each week. In the program, participants will learn about what it takes to be an agency, BBSA's approach to outsourcing, and explore key marketing channels. Additionally, participants will learn about job application mastery, including creating a  resume and preparing for a job interview.

During the program, students will not be required to pay anything. There will also be no guarantee of future employment with BBSA after course completion.


About the Academy

Students: Marketing Graduates or Marketing College Students only
Term Dates: July 1, 2023, to July 31, 2023.
Training: The virtual training will take place in the summer after August 1, 2023, and for a maximum of 4 weeks.

Deadline: Applications will close on May 31, 2023

Enrolment: By invitation only

Cost: Free to attend.

The BBSA Academy program connects inspired college students and fresh graduates with marketing professionals to help them experience the marketing industry pre-profession. It is designed by BBSA marketing experts and will run for four weeks. Participants will be required to dedicate their full time to the program during the summer and have the option to attend a 4-week internship program after finishing it.

The Selection Process

Selection of participants to BBSA Academy is made by the Admissions Committee and is based on careful consideration of the following:

The BBSA Academy program application is competitive and attracts college students and fresh college graduates rising talents throughout America. The program is only open to US citizens aged 18+ years.

Interested participants must submit their form application and, after being shortlisted, their resume and a 30 seconds video detailing why they want to join the program and what they hope to achieve after the program. The video can be uploaded directly to the system (max size 25MB) or submitted through a provided link. All submitted videos will be confidential and only viewed by the BBSA Talent Team.

Requirements for selection:

• Form application
• Essay about self
• Exemplary in character and conduct
• Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn about Marketing
• References contacts.
   

We also encourage interested participants to be authentic and creative in their applications.

Apply: Our application process is handled digitally through the BBSA online portal enrollment system. Click the APPLY NOW button to begin, register your interest, or join the waiting list. You will be prompted to create an account. If you already have a BBSA account, use your current credentials to log in; if not, click Sign Up to create a new account.

Complete Registration: After completing the online application, you will receive an email notification to complete the second step in the process.

Successful selection: Getting a place at the BBSA Academy is competitive, and only selected candidates will be notified. If you don't hear from us by June 15, you haven't been selected and can start another application form for the 2024 intake. 

Also, getting selected doesn't guarantee a place in the BBSA Academy, as references and excellence in character and conduct will need to be verified first. This program is open to people living in the USA aged 18+.
