Q1 – How do the four Packages differ?
The differences are based on the number of social media marketing activities we carry out for you and the number of efforts that goes into each one. Every package has a time-frame, the more time we have to work towards your social marketing goal, the more we can do for you.
After commencing with a package, you may decide you want to upgrade so we can increase the time allocation to better suit your requirements. This is no problem, just contact us to let us know, and we will make the arrangements quickly and seamlessly.
Q2 – Can I get a customised Package?
Yes. We appreciate all businesses are different and have varied requirements. Our Social Media Marketing Packages can be tailored to suit your needs, goals and budgets. If one of our four marketing Packages is not what you’re looking for, speak to your dedicated contact and we will come up with a bespoke solution.
Q3 – Is there a minimum spend?
Packages start from £49 per week; you can see the what is in its package here. If you have specific budgetary constraints, then get in touch, and we will discuss your options.
Q4 – What if I want more than the Pro package?
Each client has unique needs, and we are here to meet them. We will put a custom package together for you.
Q5 – Are there any hidden or additional costs?
With BBSA Associates there are no hidden costs with agency time, consultations and advice. However, you should budget for advertising, pay-per-click spending, software (e.g. email marketing platforms) and printing costs. We will go through all of this with you, so there are no surprises once you begin your activity.
If you have requirements outside of the scope of the package, we will quote for this separately and clearly so you can retain control of your budget.
Q6 – Contract length?
There is no ‘tie-in’ or minimum contract, and you can cancel the contract with just one week notice. BBSA Associates trust our work to speak for itself. We plan the campaigns with a 12-month roll-out in mind. Ideally, a 6 or 12-month commitment is best for maximum impact, but you can cancel our services at any time.
Q7 – What results will I get from my Package?
You should expect to see more consistency in your social media activities, a build-up in your customer base, an increase in website traffic and in the exposure of your brand to a wider audience.
Q8 – How do we get started?

Q9 – What is the best social media solution for my business?

Q10 – What is the best way forward if we are already working with an agency?
Some clients will have other agencies or freelancers delivering some social media marketing activity already. Wherever possible we will integrate our services with existing providers and strategies.
Q11 – Can we exceed our monthly activity and time?
Slight fluctuations in marketing activity are expected and usually even out month by month. At BBSA Associates we track time and activity continuously, and in the case of significant differences or changes to your requirements, we will contact you to discuss the necessary reduction or increase in your package. Should you need more activity in one month and less in another, we can tailor something specific to you.
Q12 – What if I want something different or additional for just one week or month?
Just ask and we could either substitute some existing activity or quote for the extra work. Many of our clients run the occasional one-off project alongside an existing Marketing Package. If you need more information, please contact us.
Q13 – How many experts will work on my Project?
You will be assigned a BBSA Marketing Expert who will be your dedicated point of contact throughout the process. A team of, experienced, award-winning, Marketing Specialists will then work on your campaign behind the scenes. Depending on your requirements we may allocate as many as ten marketing experts to your campaign.
Q14 – Does BBSA have transaction fees?
No. We believe in fair, transparent, and predictable pricing. We do not charge transaction fees on top of plans.
Q15 – Do you offer refunds?
