Q1 – What happens once my Project ‘goes live’?
Once your Project ‘goes live’ on the BBSA website, we will ask you to verify you are happy with the details and that you wish us to proceed. This process is an important step as it confirms that we have received, understood and acted upon your Briefing to your satisfaction. Activating your account on the BBSA Associates site will enable you to monitor the progress of your Project through to delivery. You will be contacted to go through some of the finer points of your marketing Project to ensure our Proposal is a just right for your goals and requirements.
Q2 – How do I get a BBSA Associates marketing account?
Starting a Project is FREE. There is nothing to pay until you’ve accepted our marketing Proposal, when you will be sent an invoice for the work to be carried out. Even then only A 50% payment is due to start the work. The remaining balance of the payment is not due until the work is completed. This will give you control of your budget, with no surprises.
Q3 – Do I have to be a customer to start a Project?
To start a new, one-off’, marketing Project, there is no requirement to be an existing BBSA customer. Simply go through the process on-line and we will guide you through the steps of implementing your marketing Project.
Q4 – Can you help me describing my requirements?
No need to worry. Our Brief application is designed to make it simple to focus on just what you want. You will have the opportunity to give a short outline of your requirements, which we will use to develop your marketing Project with you. Working to your specification and listening to your requirements means you get what you want (and not something else!). It also means you can avoid overspending and can retain full control of your budget.
Q5 – How do we ensure our company information are treated as confidential?
All proprietary information submitted to BBSA Associates Marketing is treated as confidential at every stage of the process. We know how important confidentiality is to our clients so we will never sell your data to third-party providers. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement if required.
Q6 – I am working on a number of projects, can I submit more than one Brief?
Absolutely! There is no limit to the number, scope or type of Project you can run at any one time. BBSA Associates have the capacity and expertise to handle simultaneous Projects for our clients without any dilution of quality.
